These conditions are mandatory both for the company "Auto Correct Park 2009" OOD and for all users who mark the objects, links or buttons on the pages of www.varna-airport-parking.eu/ (with the exception of the link to the present "General Terms and Conditions") or use the services offered by the parking lot, located at the address of the city of Varna.

5. RULES AND PRICES

5.1. The company "Auto Correct Park 2009" Ltd. undertakes, if possible and availability of places, to provide a parking space for a car to each of its customers who make a reservation through the site www.varna-airport-parking.eu/

5.2. The employees of the company "Auto Correct Park 2009" OOD have the right to refuse the acceptance of a motor vehicle (motor vehicle) in the parking lot in the following cases:

5.2.1. When the vehicle causes pollution, noise or damage to the parking lot or to other vehicles located in its immediate vicinity.

5.2.2. In the assessment by the employees of the company "Auto Correct Park 2009" OOD of a potentially harmful situation of any nature.

5.3. When using the services of the company "Auto Correct Park 2009" OOD, the client confirms that he is the owner of the motor vehicle (or that he is authorized by the owner to use it) and that the motor vehicle is in good technical condition (with a passed technical inspection), insured in accordance with all applicable legal requirements and has a registration card.

5.4. If the reservation is made by a third party, it is responsible for the contractual obligations of the customer. The third party can have priority over the customer only if the company "Auto Correct Park 2009" OOD accepts this.

5.5. The amounts paid for reservations are non-refundable for all customers of the company "Auto Correct Park 2009" OOD. No additional fee is charged in the event of a customer no-show once a reservation has been made. The company "Auto Correct Park 2009" Ltd. reserves the right not to make reservations for customers at its discretion.

5.5.1. After the reserved period expires, the customer owes rent for the time from the end of the agreed period until receiving the car, in accordance with the parking rates indicated on the site. For cars that have not been confiscated within 30 days after the expiration of the reserved period, the company "Auto Correct Park 2009" Ltd. reserves the right to seek help from the Ministry of Interior and the relevant state authorities.

5.5.2. In case of a desire for a stay lasting more than 3 months, the client must notify the employees of the company "Auto Correct Park 2009" OOD.

5.6. The company "Auto Correct Park 2009" Ltd. is not responsible for damages caused by third parties or other customers of the company, but provides the available information in the form of testimonies and video recordings of the injured parties. The company "Auto Correct Park 2009" Ltd. is not responsible in case of damage, traffic accident (traffic accident) or theft of the motor vehicle or its belongings.

5.7. The prices of the services offered by the company "Auto Correct Park 2009" Ltd. are announced on the company's website in Bulgarian leva. Payment is made by bank transfer, payment by card or on the spot with a card or cash only in Bulgarian leva.

5.8. The merchant has the right to change the prices of the services offered on the website at its own discretion without prior notice.

5.9. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of the order and its confirmation by a representative of the trader.

5.10. The User undertakes:

8.1. 9. DISPUTES

9.1. In the event of disputes relating to these General Terms and Conditions that arise between the User and the Merchant, they will attempt to resolve them through negotiation and mutual agreement. If no such agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.

9.2. The Merchant is not responsible for damages, loss of profits, costs, claims or other liabilities arising from non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions.

9.3. Any disputes that may arise between the User and the Merchant will be resolved by mutual agreement. In the event that this is not possible, they will be handed over to the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.

9.4. If any of the terms or provisions set forth above is found to be invalid or invalid for any reason, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
